These terms govern your use of the Expert Lenders website and application tools. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
No commitment to lend
Submitting an application, receiving an estimate, or reviewing a quote does not create a commitment to lend. Programs, pricing, eligibility, and third-party costs remain subject to verification, underwriting, appraisal, market conditions, and final documentation.
Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful financing inquiries. You may not interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to access another applicant’s information.
Communications
You agree that we may contact you about the requested transaction by email or phone. SMS messages are sent only when you separately consent, and you may opt out as described in the message.
Electronic records
You consent to receive transaction-related records and disclosures electronically. Contact us if you need an alternative format.
